Linkage to Care & Psychosocial Support

Holistic Care & Support

While awareness, screening, capacity building, and advocacy are critical, their impact can only be realized when individuals diagnosed with sickle cell disease are successfully linked to continuous, high-quality care and receive the social and emotional support necessary to live healthy, productive lives.

The program strengthens referral pathways from community screening outreaches, newborn screening services, schools, and health facilities into comprehensive sickle cell care clinics.
